light weighted and easy to handle yet deliver high power output. The engine
structure is comparatively simple and maintenance is very easy. Although they
have a line-up of four strokes, they also offer an extensive two-stroke line-up
to meet diverse global needs.
The line-ups of YAMAHA outboard models offered to differ by
country or area. Product names, coloring, and graphics may also be differing.

It is a two-stroke inline engine. It is having a displacement of 698 CC only
with a Bore stroke of 67X66 mm. The recommended maximum RPM is 5000-5500. The
engine is having the oil lubrication system for the oil injection with ETO and
WTO. The Fuel management system is Crab type. The Starter System is an electric
(ETO) type and with Manual (MHD). It is having a very low lightening coil of 12
Volt to 80 Watt. The alternator has an output of 12 Volt, which is having the 6
Amp with a rectifier regulator. These are the main specification and features
of the 50 HP Yamaha outboards.
